We want to make your shopping experience excellent, but if for some reason you are not satisfied we will work to make it right

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

R E T U R N P O L I C Y

All Returns MUST be Received Within 10 CALENDAR DAYS of the delivery date. (10 days from the day you receive it). If we receive your return outside of this time frame, we cannot accept it.
For local pick ups - this time period starts 24 hours after you receive your pick up notification email!
No returns on preorder items.

Returns MUST BE Unwashed, Unworn, and Free of Makeup, Deodorant, Perfume or any other Stains.

**Items Sold on Sale are NOT Returnable or Exchangeable. Sale Items are Final Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

The return shipping amount will be deducted from the Return Credit.

Shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.

Please Allow 3-5 days to Process Your Return Once we Receive it. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued.

We hold the right to not issue a store credit at all if merchandise is returned without a damage being reported or is suspected to have been worn.

**If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it!!!!

*** Effective 5/1/23 - there will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the return credit.
